How do I place an order?

Browse the shop, tap Order on WhatsApp on any product, and the chat opens with the product details already filled in. Confirm your address and preferred payment method with our team, and we take it from there. You can also add several pieces to your enquiry bag and send them all in one message.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

UPI, all major debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. Cash on delivery is available on most pin codes for orders under ₹3,000. Prepaid orders above ₹999 ship free.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are packed within one to two business days and standard delivery takes four to seven business days. Metro cities are usually faster; remote pin codes can take a little longer.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes. You can request an exchange within seven days of delivery as long as the piece is unused and returned in its original packaging. Earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged.

Our everyday range — studs, huggies, slim bands and fine chains — is built for daily wear with nickel-free, skin-friendly plating. Statement pieces with hand-set stones are best kept for occasions.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Put jewellery on last, after perfume and lotion, and take it off before showering, swimming or sleeping. Wipe with a soft dry cloth and store in the pouch provided to keep the plating bright.
