When you contact us or place an order we may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the details of the items you are interested in. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is stored in our business inbox.
We also collect basic, non-identifying analytics such as which pages are viewed and which products are opened, so we know what to stock next.
How we use your information
To process and deliver orders, answer your questions, send order updates, and — only if you have opted in — share news about new collections. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Cookies and local storage
Your enquiry bag is stored in your browser's local storage so your selections survive a page refresh. It never leaves your device unless you choose to send it to us on WhatsApp.
Sharing with third parties
We share only what is necessary with delivery partners, payment gateways and messaging providers so they can perform their service. Each is bound to keep your data confidential.
Data retention and security
Order records are retained for as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes. Access to customer data is limited to team members who need it, and is protected with encrypted connections and access controls.
